January 9. 2012 - The United Skates of America now has a powerful new weapon against the injustice of boredom.

The customers of United Skates will now be able to enjoy some entertainment with a RIFT blaster in their hand. United Skates has allied with Zone Laser Tag to install a state-of-the-art 20-player RIFT system into their approx. 2500 square foot arena.

This United Skates of America is located in Wickliffe, Ohio and is the first United Skates to include a RIFT laser tag system. The incoming RIFT blasters will be replacing the old Laser Storm system the site had been using before. Bruce Aster, Vice President, conducted research of the many laser tag companies and United Skates saw they needed to replace the aging Laser Storm system. RIFT was the obvious choice because it is more technologically advanced and overall gives his customer a better laser tag experience.

The United Skates of America is the largest chain of skating facilities in the world, while Zone Laser Tag is the largest laser tag company in the world, so it only makes sense that they would join together. “We are excited to be installing into a prestigious facility like United Skates,” said Erik Guthrie, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Zone Laser Tag, “We look forward to giving their customers a new option for entertainment.”
