In speaking to John Goodman, Project Manager for the Sturgis Lanes Facility, he told us why they chose laser tag to begin with. “I had played laser tag many times and it always seemed to be popular.” Said John. “We were looking at buying a new center and with it, we were getting more space which needed filling. I asked, ‘Why not bring the excitement of a first person shooter to life?’ So we headed to Bowl Expo where we met Erik Guthrie with Zone.”

When we asked him about what made Zone Laser Tag stand out to him he said, “We wanted a laser tag system that was compatible with our location. We looked at options for gaming, the life of the vests, quick turnaround. We know that a well promoted arena can generate more money per hour than almost any other attraction. Longevity and reliability were our main criteria for our selection.”
